The Mechanical, Electrical &Plumbing Division at SQUARE GENERAL CONTRACTING CO. L.L.C. was established in the year 1977 in order to perform all Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing works related to all in-house projects. The MEP division developed with the company and through extensive capital investment and the hiring of experienced managers, it expanded into a profit center capable of handling the largest projects. We currently handle all in-house projects as well as many other projects for many reputed contractors in the UAE. The MEP Division at Square General Contracting Co. L.L.C. is equipped with all the necessary machinery, tools, skilled workers and a staff of motivated engineers capable of performing all types of electro-mechanical projects with the utmost efficiency and professionalism. This division is capable of providing ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, fire fighting and fire alarm systems, electrical and BMS systems and many other services in this field. Square’s MEP is registered with all governmental agencies and approved by all major consultants and contractors operating in U.A.E.

The division is currently undergoing expansion exercises in the emirate of Dubai and the Northern Emirates. The MEP division’s clients include, but are not limited to Dubai Properties, Emaar, ADWEA, DEWA, Abu Dhabi Municipality and many more.
